Sun City Open Houses
Check it out! Current Listings of all the scheduled Open Houses in the Sun City areas of Arizona. Including Sun City Grand of Surprise, and other adjacent areas too. Most importantly, these include day and time! The seller’s listing agents usually have these planned out well in advance, however some might be last minute. So check back often! Use their profiles to create a group of homes you’d like to see. Take note of the date and time on each Sun City property, so you can easily route yourself to each home the most efficient way.

NOTE: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will almost always have the shortest Open House lists. However by Thursday, Listing Agents begin scheduling their homes in the MLS for the upcoming weekend. Traditionally Saturday and Sundays are the busiest days for Open Houses anywhere.
