Open House Homes with Shoreline

Check out these waterfront properties! Here are all the Open Houses at the water! If a home has a shoreline, it’ll be here. These include properties on lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, and even canals! Granted, our creeks and washes in the desert might be dry most of the time, but it does still qualify to be descriptively called a shoreline.

The seller’s listing agents usually have these planned out well in advance, however some might be last minute. So check back often! Use home profiles to create a group of houses you’d like to see. Take note of the date and time on each waterfront property, so you can easily route yourself to each home the most efficient way.

Using your favorite Arizona Realtor however is the easiest way to route the day. We simply need the addresses (or MLS numbers) of any homes that you want to see. We can then best schedule the waterfront home tour (and other surrounding listings, too!) for you.

Scheduling Open Houses

NOTE: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will almost always have the shortest Open House lists. However by Thursday, Listing Agents begin scheduling their homes in the MLS for the upcoming weekend. Traditionally Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days for Open Houses anywhere. So don’t forget to Bookmark this page, then check back with us on Friday!
