Kierland Open Houses
Check it out! Current Listings of all the scheduled Open Houses in the Kierland area of Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona. Most importantly, these include day and time! The seller’s listing agents usually have these planned out well in advance, however some might be last minute. So check back often! Use their profiles to create a group of homes you’d like to see. Take note of the date and time on each Kierland property, so you can easily route yourself to each home the most efficient way.

It’s important to note that most of the Kierland area falls within the city boundaries of Phoenix, not Scottsdale. Phoenix properties are west of Scottsdale Road, while Scottsdale properties are east of the road. As a result, the Scottsdale label as applied to Kierland is only related to it’s postal ZIP code. Not residency!
